Makeup Previews

Get excited for your perfect wedding look with a makeup preview. These fun sessions give us the chance to work and fine-tune your dream style for your big day! Previews are held at my home office in Westfield, MA. They are offered Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 1 PM, with availability on a first come / first serve basis. $150 per preview

Wedding Day Glam

Bridal Makeup: $250 (including lash option)

- 60/90 minutes

Wedding Party Makeup: $150 (including lash option) - 45 minutes

Flower girl (age 10 and under) Makeup: $55 *does not include false lashes

-25 minutes

Want us to stay for touch ups or a second look? $75 per hour beginning from when we end initial services

Policies and Fees

With the booking fee payment and contract signature, both parties are in agreement to all stated policies and fees on this page and contact. All inquiries and correspondence will be through email. please check all folders, including junk/spam for responses.

Minimum Requirements

(all service totals will need to meet this minimum to receive on site services and travel)

To ensure each bride receives my full attention, I schedule only one wedding per day. Because of this, there is a Bridal Booking Minimum of $700 required to reserve your wedding date for events that fall on a Saturday or Sunday.

This minimum can be met by a combination of services for the bride or bridal party.

If you are the only one receiving services, you're absolutely welcome to book for Bridal Makeup Services. In that case, the minimum still applies, and your investment will reflect that.

Booking Minimum For Weekend Events: $700

Travel Rate is $1.00 per mile round trip from 01085 per Artist

Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Westfield, Northampton, Easthampton, Greenfield, Agawam, and West Springfield, Amherst, Belchertown, Chesterfield, Cummington, Easthampton, Goshen, Granby, Hadley, Hatfield, Huntington, Northampton, Pelham, Plainfield, South Hadley, Southampton, Ware, Westhampton, Williamsburg/Haydenville, Worthington, Agawam, Blandford, Brimfield, Chester, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granville, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Montgomery, Palmer, Russell, Southwick, Springfield, Tolland, Wales, West Springfield, Westfield, Wilbraham, Deerfield, Greenfield, Leverett, Montague, Northfield, Shelburne Falls

Important Details & Fine Print 📜✨

Max amount of services per artist: 8, but we can only perform a dedicated amount of services depending on the timing allowed. A timeline will be created for the booked services provided by Crystal Vazquez and Company two months prior to your event, with the amount of time needed listed on your contract.

Multiple artists may be needed for larger parties or for time restraints. A complimentary second artist will be added on for headcounts over 8 people. If you have less than 8 services but need a second artist due to time restraints, one can be added for an additional $250 fee as long as there is one available at the time of request.

Hotel Accommodations are required for the night before your event when the travel distance exceeds two (2) hours from Westfield, MA, or if it exceeds 1.5 hours with a service start time before 8am.

Hotel Accommodations are required for the night before your event and the night of your event when the travel distance exceeds 4 hours from Westfield, MA.

A $250 NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT is required with the signing of the contract to secure a date. Final balances must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the wedding. Once payment is received, it is NON REFUNDABLE.

Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.

Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, travel time, if needed etc) and may be required depending on location and time.
